With the launch of their new Sundae flavors, Ben & Jerry's needed to grow awareness of their exciting new varieties and indulgent tastes during peak ice cream season. The goal? Create attention-grabbing creative that didn't just announce new flavors but invited consumers to experience the brand.

The Strategy

The brand overcame the challenge by utilizing bespoke creative assets in six languages (English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Vietnamese) and leveraging DCO to serve the appropriate version to each target segment in real-time. The interactive "Perfect Combination" campaign invited audiences to build their ideal resort experience in their native language, while strategic geo-targeting conquered competitors, reached key ethnic communities and points of interest, and focused on sports/entertainment venues where casino gaming enthusiasts naturally gravitated.

The Results

The resort & casino's Q4 multicultural campaign successfully broke into new markets by combining in-language creative with strategic targeting at key moments. The initiative delivered significant business impact, driving substantial increases in unaided brand recall, new resort visits, casino play, and hotel bookings—with notable lifts in featured amenities like spa treatments, proving that authentic engagement translated directly into measurable guest actions and revenue growth.
