We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Account Manager to lead mid-to-high revenue client portfolios, with the scope to grow into our most strategic accounts on the East Coast. You’ll act as the quarterback. not just for your client strategy but in collaborating across departments. This is a role for self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone we can hand the keys to and watch them accelerate client growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-to-high revenue accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Deliver white-glove client service, acting with urgency to meet client needs while serving as a proactive advocate and strategic partner throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
- Serve as the strategic lead, maintaining overall account health and ensuring campaigns are aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Onboard new campaigns—overseeing setup, data integration, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide campaign recommendations and ensure everything sold is feasible and actionable.
- Continuously monitor performance, proactively optimizing and maintaining health throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally: translate backend technical details (e.g., from AdOps) into actionable insights for Sales or Product teams.
- Act as a key feedback loop to Product, helping shape improvements in a small, agile environment.
- Act as a leader on the team: guide junior ICs, bring positivity, and foster collaboration. While this role does not start with direct management, a desire to grow and mentor is key.
STRATEGIC IMPACT & EXECUTION:
- Develop retention strategies and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
- Tell the story of campaign performance to clients—translating data and insights into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Ensure all account activity aligns with client expectations and what we can execute successfully.
- Manage campaign optimizations via Jira ticketing, driving performance throughout the campaign.
- Deliver wrap reports, Post Campaign Insights & Analysis, and attend in-person strategy summits to foster client relationships and retention.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a related client-facing role.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, Tableau (advanced proficiency is a plus), and programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Campaign Manager 360, Basis, StackAdapt, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities—comfortable in Excel, building insights, and telling data-driven stories.
- Strong understanding of media planning and full-funnel activation across CTV, OLV, rich media, standard display and native.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally—partnering with Sales, AdOps, Creative, Marketing and Product to drive shared success.
