The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding agency and brand partnerships, and contributing to the strategic direction of PadSquad’s sales organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own and exceed annual revenue targets through new business development and account expansion

Build, manage, and forecast a strong pipeline across agency and brand-direct relationships

Lead consultative, high-level conversations with senior buyers, planners, and decision-makers at specified agencies and brands

Sell across PadSquad’s full suite of high-impact digital advertising solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

Minimum of three (3) years of digital media sales experience

Proven success selling digital media solutions to agency buyers and direct brand marketers

Ability to engage and entertain clients outside standard business hours on a weekly basis

Minimum of 20 client-facing interactions per month (virtual and in-person). This includes but not limited to; zoom calls, virtual meetings, in-person informal meet-ups, in-person meetings, and client entertaining.

Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Must reside within the designated market for the role
